These men have two options: To save money, travel five hours to the capital city Tirana, get a passport, apply for a visa to a European country, then once they receive the visa, they must pay to travel to the country for a short 3-months to risk earning better wages ... or stay in Bajram Curri, spending little money and passing time by playing "bilardo" and drinking espresso.
